Wedding time!

Hi everyone,
I hope you're having a great week! 
If you follow me on Snapchat (My Username is jenniferwrynne), you will know I was in Dubai with my friends for a few days last week. We had an amazing time! I'm going to write a blog post and fill you in on everything we did over there, where we went etc - So much to tell you!
Anyway, when we got back, I had a Wedding in the Broadhaven Bay Hotel in Belmullet the following day. Here's a few snaps of what I wore..

I decided to wear this cream top/striped skirt combo. We recently got these pink and white stripe skirts in the Boutique. They are sooo comfortable and flattering on. The length of the skirt is higher at the front with a dipped hem at the back. As you probably know, I'm a big fan of midi skirts (I must have worn 10 of them last Summer for different occasions). They just seem to suit my shape really well - Pinching me in at the waist making my waist appear smaller and the length is perfect. 
If you are a little conscious of your bum/legs, this skirt is the perfect shape as it hides a multitude! 

When buying for the Boutique, I would never buy skirts without having tops to compliment. I always like to have a nice 'fresh' (As my Mum would say) white top in my wardrobe. This top is dressy enough to wear with the skirt for a Wedding or Day at the Races but it could also be worn casually with a pair of jeans. It's a perfect little piece for your wardrobe! 

For my hat I wanted to tie in the two colours of the outfit to marry it altogether. I love floral detailing on hats, particularly at this time of year so I decided to go with a cream hat and pink flowers. 
With the style of the outfit, I decided a little bit of netting as veiling might be quite nice. I LOVE netting but it's not every outfit that can take it. 
When adding netting to a hat, I like it coming down on the eye slightly but not too much. If it's too far down, it can be a little annoying (Especially if you're wearing false eyelashes!!) 

I kept the rest of my accessories quite simple - My trusty pearl clutch. I wear this with almost every outfit! Another great piece to have in your wardrobe as it goes with absolutely everything!

I didn't wear too much jewellery as there was enough going on with the hat but I did wear these cute little pink 'double pearl' earrings, also from my Boutique.
I mentioned on my Snapchat that the cream double pearls would have been perfect aswel but I wear them almost everyday so I decided to go with the pink ones instead!

As I mentioned, the Wedding took place in the Broadhaven Bay Hotel in Belmullet, Co Mayo. It's such a beautiful hotel with incredible views!
