Ordering a Custom Made Hat​

The hats in the ‘Hats' section of this website are in stock and available to purchase online today.
2) Visit Jennifer's Studio in Leitrim ​
Jennifer meets customers for bespoke hat order appointments in her studio in Leitrim. It is appointment only. 
Please email [email protected] to make an appointment. 
3) By Email/Online
​Clients can order a bespoke headpiece by emailing our customer service team at [email protected]

If you would like to choose 'Option 3' i.e. order a hat online, this is how it works...

What you do:
  • Choose a hat from the ‘Hat Gallery’ section of this website.
  • Outline the colours you would like the hat to be made in and if there are any changes you would like to make (for example, more flowers, less feathers etc)
  • If you are hoping to co-ordinate it with a particular dress/outfit, we recommend sending us a photo of your outfit or posting us your outfit.
What we do:
  • Once we have confirmed the size, colour and design, we take payment.
  • Once payment is received, we start making the hat.
  • The lead time for making a bespoke hat is 2-3 weeks.
  • Once the hat is made, we arrange post or collection. The hat comes beautifully presented in a Jennifer Wrynne hat box.
Post Information:
  • Courier: Fastway Couriers.
  • Lead time: 1-2 working days
  • Hat is presented in a Jennifer Wrynne Hat box. 
Post prices:
  • Within Ireland: €10
  • United Kingdom: €15
  • Other destinations: Approx €20-€30 (Worldwide Shipping is available)
