What a glorious day in Galway! I'm just home from a photoshoot in the G Hotel with Bairbre Power and four other fabulous Irish Milliners ahead of the Galway Races. Bairbre Power is one of the most supportive people for Irish Milliners and Designers. It's always such a huge compliment to be included in her photoshoots / features. Here's a little look at what I wore: Outfit 1Suit: My first outfit was this mustard yellow suit from Zara. To say this outfit is comfortable is an understatement - It literally is the most comfortable outfit I've ever worn. I wore a little black crop top underneath (also from Zara) Hat: As the suit was quite simple, I decided a colourful hat would complete the look. The silk I used in this hat is one of my favourite silks - It's so easy to block (Some fabrics are stiff and harder to work with but this one is a dream) I then blocked a smaller yellow base for the middle of the hat in the same colour as the suit to tie it all together! Shoes: I wore my trusty black Jimmy Choo shoes. You may notice these shoes in a lot of my outfit diaries. I have them in a few colours - They are the best investment ever. They're so comfortable (I can wear them morning to night, no problem at all) and they work with almost every outfit. Outfit 2My second outfit is the same outfit as I wore to Royal Ascot this year. Incase you missed that outfit diary, here are the details: Dress: My dress is a beautiful pink and cream floral dress from The Pretty Dress Company. I adore this brand for dresses - Super quality and perfectly fitting fabrics. Hat: This hat is a real statement piece - A huge cream hat and with a garden of flowers on top! I used pink flowers in all the shades from the dress, added some leaves and curled quills for extra height. Shoes: My shoes are my classic nude pointy toe heels from Jimmy Choo. These are the nude version of my black ones in the outfit above. Behind the scenes from the shoot.. The pictures of this photoshoot will be in the papers soon so I'll be sure to share them!
I hope you enjoyed reading this post. If there is anything else you would like to know, please don't hesitate to message me on Instagram (My username is jenniferwrynne) or via email ([email protected]) Until the next outfit diary, Jennifer x
