Day 3 at Royal Ascot 2017

What an amazing end to Royal Ascot week for me!
My third and final day at Ascot was yesterday (Friday) and just like the other days we spent there, we had a great day. 

Originally, we planned to go to the Races on Wednesday and Thursday but when we were checking-in our flights before we left, I noticed our flight wasn't until 7pm Friday evening so I thought, why not make another day out of it! 

What I wore:
My outfit was last minute to say the least, but that's nothing new!
I wore this patterned dress out recently and received so many lovely compliments from you all on Facebook so I decided to wear it again. 
The dress is quite patterned so the accessories needed to be kept quite simple. I opted for a plain red hat. I literally ran into my Boutique before the airport to find a hat to match. We had the 'Carmel' hat there which went perfectly with it.

My hat was the 'Carmel' hat in red. 

The clutch I wore was a black patent clutch from YSL. I got this bag about 4 or 5 years ago. It was such a great investment at the time as I get so much wear from it.

Here's an up-close picture of the pattern on my dress. You can see it has some beautiful red, pink and blue tones.  

We really had such a fantastic week. Royal Ascot is definitely one of my favourite Racing festivals. I'm looking into booking next year already!
