Hi everyone, I hope you're having a great week! I'm just home from a fab day at Punchestown. It's the first day of the Races this year and as usual, it didn't disappoint! I normally go a little later in the week but I'm afraid work is a little crazy this week so my only day to escape off was today! Here's some pictures of what I wore... As usual, my outfit was a last minute decision. We received a new delivery of dresses yesterday (Monday) and I instantly fell in love with this black one. I viewed the collection a couple of months ago, placed my order with the company etc but by the time it arrived, I couldn't remember what I ordered! This black dress is a really simplistic piece. It was two thin straps on top, fitted the whole way down with almost a fishtail at the bottom. It's beautifully cut and a perfect length. Obviously weather wise, it isn't appropriate to wear strappy dress at this time of year so I teamed it with this cropped cream coat. I love the bell sleeve detailing on this coat. It's one of those pieces I know I will wear with so many dresses! For my hat, I decided to go with a statement piece. The outfit is very simple so I felt it could take a Wow hat! For my accessories, I kept them as simple as possible opting for a plain black clutch, black 'double pearl' earrings and black shoes. The Judges for Best Dressed Lady were Rhona McNamara, Glenda Gilson and Marietta Doran. I loved all three of their outfits. Here's a pic below.. It was a lovely compliment to be included in the final five for Best Dressed Lady! Here's a picture of the five finalists... The beautiful winner of the Best Dressed prize was Ashley Reade, from Naas, Co Kildare. She was wearing a stunning red outfit with a grey coat. I spotted her in the crowd a little earlier that day (Pic on my Snapchat - Username: @jenniferwrynne). She looked incredible. Her outfit was so stylish and practical for the day. I also got to meet some of my favourite ladies including Faith Amond (Winner of Aintree Best Dressed Lady earlier this month. You can read my Blog about that here) and Breda Butler (One of my customers who was a finalist in last year's Best Dressed Lady competition) It was a fantastic day, as always! I'm hoping I can make another day at the Races so if I do, I will be sure to let you know! I have LOADS more pictures and videos on my Snapchat from all the style if you would like to take a look.
