Hi guys, I hope you enjoyed the long weekend. With a four day week this week, it's going to fly! Last Friday, I showed you on my Snapchat different hats that I was making for our 'Valencia' Pink & Red dress. I always try to make different shapes and sized hats for our dresses in the Boutique to give you ladies loads of choice. I received quite a few messages about the hats I posted - how much they are etc so I thought, why not do a blog post on them with clickable links and all the information you need! I also thought I would throw in some clutch bag and shoe ideas too so here goes.... Hat Option 1: GemmaI'm sure you know at this stage my obsession with flowers. I take any chance I can to add them to a hat so first up is my 'Gemma' headpiece. The dress (Pictured above) is quite detailed in terms of pattern so I needed to keep the headpiece quite simplistic. I went for plain red roses with a pink base. (You could also make this hat the opposite way round - A red base with pink flowers) It's simplistic yet effective! 'Gemma' is available to purchase here. Hat Option 2: FayeAnother one of my favourite styles is 'Faye'. 'Faye' the perfect hat if you're not a fan of flowers. The swirls incorporate the two colours from the dress and still keeps the piece quite simplistic. It's finished with a cluster of delicate pearls and a red curled quill for a bit of height! 'Faye' is available to purchase here. Hat Option 3: AmberThe next style hat (And my newest design) is the 'Amber' hat. It's a 'double base' hat - Something different and a FAB way to introduce the two colours! We used this exact hat for the Photoshoot with Roisin, see pics below... Amber is available to purchase here. Hat Option 4: ChloeThe hats that I've shown you so far are all part of our 'Small Hats' collection. My next design, the 'Chloe' is slightly bigger. It's the perfect 'in between' hat. It's not too big and not too small. It's my first time to make it in these pink and red tones and I love it! They work perfect together! Chloe is available to purchase here. Clutch BagsNext up is Clutch Bags. When I'm going to a dressy occasion like a Wedding or a Day at the Races, I always carry a clutch and it's usually one of these little beauties below! The first clutch is our 'Erin' clutch in red. This would be FAB with this dress. You can purchase Erin here. The second option would be 'Roisin' - Our classic cream pearl clutch. A little investment piece I highly recommend having in your wardrobe. I wear this clutch with almost every single outfit! You can purchase Roisin here. ShoesOf course, no outfit is complete without a glam pair of shoes! We don't sell shoes in my Boutique but I thought I would share some shoes I spotted online. I decided to share two high street shoes and one designer pair. If you click the image, it will direct you to their website where you can purchase them. Shoe Option 1: OfficeShoe Option 2: AldoShoe Option 3: Jimmy ChooSo there you have it - Just some ideas on how to style our 'Valencia' Dress. Hopefully you found this post helpful.
